Ordering & Processing

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders placed Monday through Saturday typically ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed on Sunday will ship on Monday.
(Unless stated otherwise on the SoberSense website.)

Shipping Destination

We currently ship to the United States only.

Shipping Costs

Orders of 1 item: $4.99 flat-rate shipping.
Orders of 2 or more items: FREE shipping.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email will be sent the evening your order is packed and a tracking number has been assigned. This email will contain your Carrier Tracking Number.
Please check your spam/junk folder if you haven't received your confirmation email.
Tracking numbers are also available by viewing your order in your SoberSense account.
Please allow at least 48 hours after placing your order before checking tracking, as information may not yet be available from the carrier.
